Canadian North’s mission is to be the premier air carrier serving Northern Canada. The company takes great pride in the role they play in the northern communities – during COVID they continue to deliver essential services to these communities.
Client’s Other Project With Us – Canadian North – Toy Drive
The communication team at Canadian North reached out to us to discover a way to safely create video content during COVID-19. The purpose of the video is to express deep appreciation to the Canadian North employees and their on-going commitment to the communities they serve. The airline provide essential services to the North with a large number of their employees being front-line workers.
We worked with the CN communication team to prepare a strategy for employees throughout the entire organization (on the ground, in the air and in their homes) to provide self captured photos and videos telling the “A day in the Life” story of Canadian North Employees. The purpose is to capture an authentic depiction of what CN employees are working through together during this time. We encouraged everyone to submit content that is truthful to what they are experiencing, as that’s ultimately the story we need to tell.
Additionally, we conducted a Zoom interview with Chris Avery, President and CEO of Canadian North to capture this message to the all staff.
This project was planned, executed and delivered in approximately two weeks.
The result is a ninety five second, self-captured communication video telling the authentic story of Canadian North employees, their work and their lives during this difficult time.
