The Request
As part of a larger brand refresh, CIRA requested a refresh of two simple public-focused explainer videos, “What is a Domain Name?” and “Why Choose .CA”. Existing videos were beginning to look and feel stale, and they wanted something more fun and engaging to host on social media as well as their website.
The Approach
Our team developed a fast-paced, text-focused animation approach for each video. By using text to drive the story, viewers could understand the video without sound (if scrolling by on social media), and the style opened up some fun opportunities to experiment with the brand’s personality while keeping the content short and to-the-point.
The Result
Eye-catching and fun 60 second videos that are easy to understand and easy to share.
